Our founder, Lilly Rose, has spent the last 9 years living inside nearly every layer of aesthetics — running marketing for a multi site plastic surgery clinic while aiding doctors on consulting, guiding evaluation for capital equipment purchases, to even being a provider in the treatment room herself. Along the way, she noticed the same story again and again: talented doctors and providers, drowning in options, unsure which brands actually deserved their trust.
So she set out to be the clarity in that noise. Today, Ellaress hand-selects the partnerships we bring to our clients — vetted, proven, and genuinely effective — so practices never have to gamble on a promise that doesn't hold up. And for the doctors Lilly has come to know like family over the years, she offers something even rarer: a steady hand through the whirlwind of private equity, turning what can feel like an intimidating leap into a graceful next chapter.
